WHEELS & TIRES PACKAGES:

 

If you're interested in a wheels/tires package, please contact us via the contact page with your vehicle's info. We'll get back to you with fitment confirmation, package content and pricing. After receiving confirmation and pricing, let us know that you're ready to order and we'll send you a Paypal invoice via which you can make payment.


Order payment information: 


To ensure a safe and smooth transaction, we use Paypal to process on-line payments. In addition, you can make payment via credit card, E-check, or by sending us a cashier’s check or money order.


Through Paypal, you can pay with any major credit card, or an E-check.


To make payment with a credit card, simply click on the "buy it now" button and follow the instructions.


To make payment via E-check, you will need to set up a Paypal account, if you don’t already have one; setting up a paypal account is fast and simple.


To make payment via cashier’s check or money order, please contact us via the contact page, specifying the brand, model, finish and size of the wheel you want; we will send you an invoice, which you can mail with your cashier’s check or money order.


FREE Shipping charges, as per our FedEx account are only covered within the CONTINENTAL United States. Additional charges may be applied to shipping outside the continental U.S.

RETURN POLICY:

 

Special orders, which include items we commonly don't stock, and have been shipped to us especifically for a customer-- cannot be returned.


Orders that include custom painting or powder-coating, such as color matching or custom finish on a wheel-- cannot be returned.

 

If a customer gets a product that fits the vehicle, but he or she does not like how it looks, we can't accept returns. it is impossible for us to accommodate returns based on the customer's disliking of an item-- whether it is wheels or tires; we encourage customers to research if possible, and to determine what he or she wants before ordering.

 

Regular orders can be returned no later than seven (7) days after delivery. Before returning any order, you need to get a RIN (Return Item Number) from us; packages will not be accepted without a RIN. There's a 20% re-stocking fee on all orders returned; all items MUST BE in undamaged original boxes or we will not accept the return. TEST FIT WHEELS BEFORE MOUNTING THEM ON TIRES AND ON THE CAR. Wheels that have been mounted on tires and on the car are considered used and cannot be returned. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES INVOLVING RETURNS.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS: There's a 20% re-stocking fee on all orders in which wheels and tires have been mounted and balanced.

 

Again, no refunds on special orders.

 

Accidental damages are not covered by wheel manufacturers. Fabrication defects, such as pitting, peeling are covered for 1 year
